Trading Analyst

You will be joining AlphaGrep, a quantitative trading and investment firm that uses a systematic approach to identify factors generating alpha. As a Trading Analyst, you will play a crucial role in monitoring, debugging, and resolving issues in the trading workflow. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with various teams, analyzing trade data, and suggesting process improvements. Strong interest in financial markets, SQL proficiency, Python exposure, problem-solving skills, and effective communication are key qualities we are looking for. While prior finance or trading experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory.
