Trading Analyst

Role Overview: XTX Markets is an algorithmic trading firm actively trading tens of thousands of instruments on over eighty venues. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise trading strategies and provide first-level support for smooth business operations. - Utilize trading metrics and data analysis for decision-making and strategy improvement. - Conduct preliminary research on new strategy ideas and collaborate with the global trading team for model optimization. - Assist in project work for new market expansion and client onboarding. - Work with developers to enhance automated monitoring tools and alert systems for anomalies. - Coordinate with brokers/exchanges, trading operations, and back office on trade reconciliation, risk limits, and margin requirements. - Collaborate with counterparties to optimize trading parameters for personalized liquidity provision. Qualifications Required: - 0-3 years of experience with strong trading intuition and knowledge of relevant products like FX, Equities, Futures, etc. - Previous experience in a highly automated trading environment. - Proficiency in Python, particularly using Pandas. - Excellent quantitative and analytical skills. - Desirable attributes include a quantitative discipline degree, strong communication skills, high ethical standards, motivation, innovation, teamwork, and self-discipline. - Full-time office work with occasional work-from-home flexibility at Makers Maxity, 3 North Avenue, Mumbai, 400051.,
