ProAlpha Capital was formed in 2016 to implement market-neutral, quantitative and systematic trading strategies that its team had been developing since 2008 and advising for outside investors since 2011. ProAlpha focuses on statistical quantitative strategies aimed at the Indian market. The firm, an investment advisor registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India ("SEBI") and located in Mumbai, currently advises and advises high net worth individuals, family offices and Corporates across various strategies.

• Actively passing the trades to ProAlpha clients / Clients broker
• Using API to trade using order management system of multiple brokers
• Monitoring of strategies/risk limits during market hours. Extend automation pipeline for strategy deployment and post trade analyses.
• Track performance of active strategies.
• Work closely for any operational/performance issues during trading hours.
• Work closely to conceptualise, test & deploy changes to improve latency performance of the strategy.
• Willingness to work as per business requirements.
• This job would need full time availability during market hours at ProAlpha office so those who are not prepared for this role should avoid applying for the role.

• 1 -2 years of experience, preferable prior experience in derivatives markets
• Must have knowledge of Programming in Python and must have good knowledge of Excel
• Candidates must be very good at Derivatives and Options Greeks
• Working knowledge of any trading platform.
• Strong innovative and creative skills.
• Strong verbal/written communication skills.

Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in a Quantitative Field (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Quantitative Finance, Data Science)

Upto 5 to 6 Lacs annual CTC (To be discussed with candidates based on skills and experience)

Location - Thane (On-Site), No work from Home
