Trade & Working Capital Operations Analyst (Team Lead)

As a Trade & Working Capital Operations Analyst (Team Lead) within the Trade & Working Capital operations team, you will have the opportunity to manage day-to-day operations for Trade Finance Products, work with stakeholders across regions, and ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements. This role will involve actively engaging in new deals, promoting smooth migration, and delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate effectively and manage the day-to-day operations for Trade Finance Products. - Work with stakeholders across regions to manage multiple projects and ensure timely deliverables. - Create and deliver presentations to provide project updates to the senior leadership team. - Contribute to managing monthly/quarterly communications to the global teams. - Actively engage in new deals, participate in project management calls, and drive smooth migration. - Ensure effective adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements in daily operations. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5+ years of experience in Trade Finance and Operations. - Bachelor's Degree. - Positive attitude towards work, willingness to learn, and contribute to the business. - Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work. - Flexibility to work in APAC/EMEA shifts. - Proven experience in creating professional presentations and communication materials for leadership teams.,
