Job Description

As an Associate within the Private Wealth Management (PWM) Asia Operations team based in Bangalore supporting the PWM business unit in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia, you will be responsible for executing processes/functions, supporting process management, and project efforts. Your role will involve leveraging knowledge of systems, markets, and instruments to influence the team positively. You will play a crucial part in recognizing risks in day-to-day processes and contributing to process improvements. Building relationships within the team and with internal stakeholders will be essential for enhancing team output. Key Responsibilities: - Execute processes/functions and support process management and project efforts - Recognize risks in day-to-day processes and contribute to process improvements - Build relationships within the team and with internal stakeholders - Monitor trading systems and book trades on a Trade Date - Perform daily reconciliation and clearance of positions/balances breaks - Interact with Sales & Trading Desks and PWM business unit to answer ad-hoc requests/trade related questions - Engage in business conversations with the Front Office (trading/Sales) Qualifications Required: - Ability to establish clear goals and priorities with minimal guidance - Subject matter expertise in the business area supported - Experience in a middle office/trade support role in the financial services sector - Relevant experience in cash equity, fixed income, mutual funds, hedge funds, structured notes/derivatives products - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities - Knowledge of productivity tools like Alteryx, UI path, PowerBI - At least 2 years" relevant experience in a similar role You can expect to work in an environment where you are supported and empowered, collaborating with diverse teams and benefiting from attractive employee benefits and perks.
