​Job Description 💼As a Relationship Manager, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the agricultural sector. The role involves tractor sales and collection, as well as other financial services related to tractor loans. A key part of the job is ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by understanding client needs and offering appropriate financial solutions. The role requires a candidate who can work in rural and semi-urban areas and has strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.​Requirements ✅​Must have prior experience in tractor sales and collection.​Strong interpersonal and communication skills.​Ability to build and manage customer relationships.​Knowledge of the financial services industry, especially in the context of rural and agricultural finance, is a plus.
