Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tr DCDP Chinese Chef at The Forest Club Resort & Spa Karjat. The Chinese Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking authentic Chinese dishes, maintaining high-quality food standards, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction through culinary excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in Chinese cuisine preparation and cooking
• Knowledge of authentic Chinese culinary techniques and ingredients
• Ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Culinary degree or relevant certifications
• Previous experience in a luxury resort or hotel setting is a plus
