1. Support the Operational Excellence Manager in the Implementation of the operational excellence programs across the plant level.
2. Support the department head in defining key measures of respective operations.
3. Prepares and conducts training programs in lean management (lean basic,5's, SMED,7 types of waste, etc.) TPM, and quality.
4. Train, coach, and facilitate Lean Six Sigma to enhance the skills and capabilities of the functional team in terms of continuous improvement and problem-solving.
5. Conduct time and motion study as per industrial engineering principles to verify workloads and opportunities as per requirements.
6. Coordinate with all department heads to enhance the skill level of their team through a skill evaluation matrix system.
7. Arrange and manage tools and materials required for carrying out the activities of S's, Lean Management, and TPM.
8. Monitor the key measures of respective operations (OEE, downtime, Yield, output, and quality).
9. Review all the CFT's activities for operational excellence implementation and generate the countermeasures to complete all planned activities.
10. . Create better linkage and coordination between employees and departments through a system to boost teamwork.
