Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a TPA Manager located in Rohtak. The TPA Manager will be responsible for managing Third Party Administrators (TPA) processes, ensuring smooth operations related to insurance claims, documentation, patient coordination, and facilitating cashless treatments. The role also involves liaising with insurance companies, hospitals, and patients to ensure all parties are informed and up-to-date on all proceedings.

Qualifications

  • Experience with insurance claims processing and TPA coordination
  • Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient coordination and company interactions
  • Ability to manage and resolve conflicts with insurance companies and other stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using hospital management software and other relevant tools
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field
