Township, Architect- Liaising & Statutory Approvals

• Regulatory compliance and approvals: Obtain all necessary permissions and clearances from government bodies and local authorities, across all states of India.
• Feasibility analysis: Conduct feasibility studies, including FSI calculations, to ensure projects meet regulatory requirements and commercial viability.
• Stakeholder management: Act as the main point of contact and manage relationships with external stakeholders, including consultants (architects, MEP, structural), contractors, and government officials.
• Technical leadership: Provide technical direction, review architectural plans for compliance and optimization, and lead technical discussions to resolve project challenges.
• Project coordination: Ensure timely and accurate deliverables from all external parties and coordinate between different project teams to ensure smooth progress.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with RERA, MOEF, and other real estate local regulatory requirements.

Job Expectations:

Software knowledge: Proficiency in architectural and drafting software like AutoCAD.
Education: Graduate in Architecture ,a postgraduate degree in Management will be an added advantage.
