Tower Technician

As a Tower Technician at our company in Ernakulam, Kerala, you will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications towers. Your responsibilities will include installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting telecommunications equipment, conducting routine inspections, and adhering to safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. You will collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and maintain accurate records of work performed. To qualify for this role, you should have an ITI certification in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field, be below 30 years of age, and possess a basic understanding of telecommunications systems and equipment. Previous experience in the telecommunications field would be advantageous. Additionally, you must have a valid motorcycle license and access to a motorbike for travel to various job sites, strong collaboration and communication skills, and the ability to work at heights and in varied weather conditions.
