Tour Trainee

Job Summary

The Trainee Travel & Tourism will support daily operations related to travel planning, customer service, and tour coordination. This entry-level role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to the travel and tourism industry while developing professional skills in bookings, itinerary planning, and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and organizing travel itineraries, tours, and holiday packages
• Support ticketing, hotel reservations, and transport bookings
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person under supervision
• Maintain and update customer and booking records
• Coordinate with vendors such as hotels, airlines, and transport providers
• Help prepare travel documents (itineraries, vouchers, confirmations)
• Stay updated on destinations, travel trends, and company packages
• Support marketing or promotional activities when required
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Skills & Competencies

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Pursuing or completed a diploma/degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
• Freshers and students are welcome to apply
• No prior experience required (training will be provided)
