Tour Package Executive

As a Tour Package Executive, your main responsibility will be designing, developing, and selling travel packages that cater to the diverse needs of clients. You will collaborate closely with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure that each package not only meets the expectations but also offers an exceptional travel experience in line with company sales and customer satisfaction targets. - Create and customize travel packages according to client requirements, market trends, and seasonal promotions. - Engage with clients to comprehend their travel needs and preferences, offering personalized solutions to enrich their experience. - Establish and nurture relationships with clients, delivering outstanding customer service and assistance throughout the booking process. - Manage all facets of the booking process, including reservations, ticketing, and documentation. - Confirm and communicate all travel arrangements to clients promptly. Qualifications: - Education: Preferably hold a Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience: Possess a minimum of 1 year in travel sales or tour package management; previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
