Tour Operation Specialist

As a Travel Services Specialist - Domestic & International, your primary responsibility is to manage travel reservations, prepare itineraries, quotations, and travel arrangements for clients. You must possess extensive knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, along with an understanding of travel regulations and legal requirements. Your duties will include communicating with clients, booking reservations, managing itineraries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This full-time role requires a dedicated individual with excellent customer service and travel services skills. To excel in this position, you should have experience in creating customized guided tours and demonstrate exceptional organizational and time-management abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial for this role, as you will be responsible for managing and booking travel arrangements using various travel management systems and tools. Effective communication skills are essential, as you will work closely with clients and collaborate within a team environment. A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred for this role. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset.
