Role Overview: As a Tour Guide at Big Travels, your main responsibility will be to lead engaging guided tours in Mysore & Madurai locations. You will be sharing historical and cultural knowledge while providing excellent customer service to ensure the satisfaction of every traveler. Your role will involve addressing inquiries, promoting additional services, and supporting the sales team in encouraging participation in specialized tours and activities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead engaging guided tours in Mysore & Madurai locations - Share historical and cultural knowledge with travelers - Provide excellent customer service to ensure traveler satisfaction - Address inquiries and promote additional services - Support the sales team by encouraging participation in specialized tours and activities Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Guided Tours and strong knowledge of History to provide engaging and accurate tour experiences - Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse groups of travelers - Ability to support Sales efforts by promoting additional services and tours - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including weekends and holidays - Fluency in multiple languages is a plus: English, Hindi, Tamil & Kannada - Passion for travel, culture, and creating memorable experiences for customers,
