2. Good at customer interaction via mail, phone, or other means of communication
3. Good understanding of hotel Booking, rate negotiation and knowledge of holiday destinations.
4. Ability to multitask.
5. A Bachelor's degree / Graduate in Travel Tourism / Diploma will be preferred
1. Day 2-Day operations work (Booking Reconfirmation/payment reminders)
2. Negotiation with hotels/transporters for better rates.
3. Regular follow-ups with customers and ensure smooth services
4. Will be responsible for the overall best experience for the travellers
5. Maintaining the data and report
