Role Overview: As a Tour Executive, your main responsibility will be to plan and organize travel itineraries tailored to client needs. This includes booking flights, hotels, transportation, activities, and tours. You will coordinate and manage logistics by liaising with travel service providers, tour guides, and accommodation vendors. Handling client inquiries and providing comprehensive travel assistance before, during, and after trips will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will be required to maintain accurate records of bookings, transactions, and correspondence. Promoting and selling travel packages, special offers, and additional services will be crucial, along with addressing travel issues quickly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. It is important to stay updated with travel trends, regulations, and emerging destinations while monitoring feedback and customer satisfaction to help build repeat business through excellent service.
