Job Summary:

The Tour Executive will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing domestic and international travel arrangements for clients, partners, and employees within the financial services sector. The role demands a strong understanding of travel management, vendor coordination, budgeting, and client servicing with a focus on delivering seamless travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, organize, and execute corporate and incentive tours for clients and internal teams.

* Coordinate with travel agents, hotels, transport providers, and event vendors to ensure cost-effective and efficient arrangements.

* Prepare itineraries, travel schedules, and budget estimates.

* Handle flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa documentation, insurance, and other travel formalities.

* Manage end-to-end logistics for conferences, dealer meets, and incentive trips.

* Ensure timely communication and updates to clients or employees regarding tour details.

* Maintain financial records of travel bookings and ensure adherence to budget and company policies.

* Handle on-ground coordination during events and tours to ensure smooth execution.

* Address client queries, feedback, and travel-related issues professionally.

* Stay updated with travel trends, visa regulations, and destination updates.
