Job description-Tour Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Tour Consultant to join our travel team. The ideal candidate will handle domestic and international travel inquiries, create customized itineraries, provide complete booking assistance, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction through personalized travel planning and support.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries for holiday packages (domestic & international)
• Design and suggest customized tour itineraries based on client needs
• Provide pricing, availability, and booking support over calls, emails, or walk-ins
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and update booking records
• Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, and vendors for confirmations
• Ensure a smooth travel experience for all clients
• Maintain professional communication with B2B and B2C customers

Desired Skills:

• Good knowledge of popular travel destinations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Familiarity with travel booking tools and platforms (preferred)
• Minimun 2 Year of work Experience Required
