Proficiency in customer interaction through various channels such as email, phone, or other communication methods. Thorough knowledge of popular holiday destinations like Dubai, Bali, Thailand, Vietnam, and Singapore. Effective multitasking abilities. Preference will be given to candidates with a Bachelor's degree, Graduate in Travel & Tourism, or relevant Diploma. As a part of our team, your responsibilities will include: Crafting and organizing tour itineraries based on the unique requirements of customers. Engaging in negotiations and conducting regular follow-ups with customers to enhance conversion rates. Negotiating with hotels and transporters to secure favorable rates. Ensuring an exceptional experience for travelers throughout their journey. Maintaining data and generating reports in a systematic manner.
