Job Summary:
The Tour Operator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating tours and travel packages for clients. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of travel destinations, transportation options, and accommodation arrangements. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless travel experiences for clients while maximizing the company’s operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and coordinate domestic and international tour packages.
  • Liaise with hotels, airlines, transport services, and other travel-related vendors to secure bookings and negotiate rates.
  • Provide clients with detailed itineraries, travel guidance, and cost estimates.
  • Handle client inquiries, bookings, cancellations, and changes efficiently.
  • Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations, tourism trends, and seasonal activities.
  • Resolve client issues or complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote tour packages.
  • Keep accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a tour operator, travel consultant, or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of travel booking systems and software.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
