Total Source Tax Operations Leader

As a Total Source Tax Operations Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the Total Source operations in Hyderabad. Your key responsibilities include: - Monitoring various standards such as internal tNPS, Client Engagement, AHT, and productivity to ensure targets and service level agreements are met. - Taking the lead in escalations and engaging with clients when necessary. - Managing a team of 60+ associates and collaborating with Frontline leaders to ensure smooth operations. - Providing supervision, direction, feedback, and assistance to the team as needed. - Developing and executing plans for special projects, Issues Logs, and ongoing requirements. - Fostering strong employee engagement and addressing team grievances. - Identifying clients" business challenges and markets served to make informed decisions. - Building partnerships with US partners to ensure clear communication and deliver expected results. Qualifications required for this role: - Completed B.Com or equivalent (MBA preferred). - Minimum 3 years of experience in managing Frontline leaders and as an Operations manager with a span of control of 50+ associates. - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with strong stakeholder engagement. - Proficiency in using strategic tools and Lean models for process improvements. - Experience in managing stakeholders and counterparts onsite. - Track record of strong governance in delivering business results. - Strong analytical skills to drive efficiencies and make data-driven decisions. - Self-driven individual with a history of active engagement within the organization. - Openness to working in US shifts with the office located in Hyderabad.
