Job Description

Provides administrative support to the C&B Team. You will play a vital role in supporting the administration and delivery of our total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, recognition, and other employee rewards. Your expertise will ensure our reward processes are efficient, compliant, and align with our company's strategic objectives.

Role Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and administration of salary structures, bonus schemes, pension plans, private medical insurance, and other employee benefits.
  • Collaborate with payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation and benefits.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding rewards, benefits, and compensation policies in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure all reward programs comply with UK employment laws and regulations; prepare regular reports on rewards and benefits metrics.
  • Liaise with external providers of benefits and reward services to ensure smooth delivery and resolve any issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Commerce
