As the Head of Total Rewards at a pharmaceutical company in Delhi, your role will be crucial in developing and managing performance and reward strategies aligned with organizational goals. Your focus will be on fostering a high-performance culture, attracting and retaining top talent, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement performance appraisal frameworks, goal-setting methodologies, and employee development strategies as part of strategic planning. - Collaborate closely with managers to drive performance, provide feedback mechanisms, and address underperformance effectively in performance management. - Develop innovative programs to recognize high performers and enhance employee value propositions (EVP) under rewards & recognition. - Utilize HR analytics and dashboards for data-driven decision-making. - Ensure adherence to local labor laws, tax regulations, and global HR standards in rewards programs for regulatory compliance. - Lead engagement initiatives, programs, and events to cultivate a thriving workplace culture for employee engagement. - Stay updated on evolving HR trends and lead necessary transformations in reward strategies under change management. Qualifications Required: - MBA/PGDM in HR from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutions for education. - 10+ years of experience in performance management, rewards, or compensation roles, preferably in the pharma industry for experience. - Experience working in global HR functions or multinational organizations is a plus for industry exposure.
