Drive monthly PC workstation operational patching process. Create, update and maintain monthly patching standard operating procedures. Perform troubleshooting and diagnose issues related to patch installations and Intune/Tanium platforms Deploy OS upgrades on workstations Analyze vulnerability scanning results and implement recommendations to mitigate vulnerability backlog. Monitor for zero day or wide spread exploits to reprioritize and accelerate vulnerability mitigations when necessary. Monitor the progress of vulnerability remediation activities and provide regular status updates. Support projects / initiatives related to workstation vulnerability and security as needed.

Experience: Tanium Administrator Certification is preferred. Five plus (5+) years of related specialty IT experience (for example, but not limited to: system engineering, desktop engineering, scripting). Experience with PowerShell scripting Experience with cross-team troubleshooting efforts Knowledge of desktop OS deployment and imaging, Application installs, OS patching, and feature updates. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Skills Requirements: Ability to troubleshoot Windows Operating Systems Ability to perform administrative functions utilizing PowerShell.
