We are hiring : Tools - Service desk , Manage engine

Experience : 4 to 8 years

Location : Mumbai


Must-Have

Hands-on experience with ManageEngine tools (Service Desk, Application Manager, Desktop Central).

Good knowledge of ARCOS tool.

Strong understanding of User Access Management and security controls.

Proficiency in Windows and Linux OS administration.

Familiarity with SolarWinds monitoring tool.

Good understanding of ITIL processes and ability to implement them in tools.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities

Setup and configure ManageEngine Service Desk, Ops Manager, and Application Manager.

Deploy and implement ITIL processes within tools.

Ensure compliance with security policies and access controls.

Handle tool-related issues and provide timely resolutions.

Monitor and maintain system performance using tools like SolarWinds.

Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth operations and adherence to ITIL standards.
