RAR Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is a leading R&D-driven precision engineering company based in Jabalpur. We specialise in defence and industrial-grade motion control systems, including recoil buffers and CNC precision components.

We are currently expanding our CNC division and looking for an experienced and committed CNC Production Manager to lead our precision component manufacturing operations.

Job Description:

We are seeking a capable, hands-on CNC Production Manager who can independently manage the entire CNC production floor, including planning, quality, shift operations, tooling, manpower, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day CNC production of precision components (Turning, Milling and Turnmill).
• Plan and monitor production targets, job allocation, and shift management.
• Ensure component quality as per technical drawings and tolerances.
• Handle job setting, offsets, tool changes, and inspection activities.
• Maintain tool inventory and coordinate procurement of tools and raw materials.
• Manage vendors for outsourced processes like plating, heat treatment, etc.
• Supervise machine operators, maintain discipline, and ensure machine uptime.
• Identify process improvements to reduce cycle time and rejection rate.
• Coordinate with design and quality teams for technical queries.

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical/Production Engineering or relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in CNC machine operations and production management.
• Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, and tool selection.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed technical drawings.
• Familiarity with Siemens controllers.
• Experience in managing a team of operators and shift planning.
• Knowledge of CAM software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Adhartal, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
