Tool Room Engineer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures, with a focus on stamp die manufacturing. Your role will involve operating and supervising tool room machines, troubleshooting and repairing tools, and ensuring smooth tooling support for the production team. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain tool history, conduct preventive maintenance, and adhere to safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures - Experience in stamp die making and maintenance - Operate and supervise tool room machines (lathe, milling, surface grinder, etc.) - Troubleshoot and repair tools as per production requirements - Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth tooling support - Maintain tool history and ensure preventive maintenance - Follow all safety and quality standards Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in tool room / die making - NTF certification is mandatory - Strong knowledge of stamping tools and tool maintenance - Ability to read and understand technical drawings - Good team player with problem-solving skills - Willing to work in Vasai location Additional Details: The company is looking for a skilled Tool Room Engineer with hands-on experience in tool and die making, particularly in stamp die manufacturing. The ideal candidate should be able to handle tool room operations independently and possess good knowledge of machines and tools. Preferred skills include AutoCAD or any CAD software knowledge, experience in the manufacturing or engineering services industry, and basic knowledge of ISO standards. Please note that the working days are 6 days a week for this full-time, permanent position located in Vasai, Maharashtra. NTF Certification is required for this role.,
