The Stamping Tool Maker is responsible for manufacturing, assembling, maintaining, and troubleshooting stamping and press tools to ensure consistent production quality and minimal downtime.
Manufacture, assemble, and try-out stamping/press tools as per drawings
Maintain and troubleshoot progressive, compound, and single-stage tools
Support production during tool setup, trials, and regular running
Analyze tool-related issues and implement corrective actions
Carry out tool modifications and improvement activities
Ensure preventive maintenance and proper documentation
Coordinate with production, quality, and design teams
Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping standards
