Job Description

Only Diploma candidate with 3-7 years of hands experience in concept and design of welding, assembly, Inspection gauge and machining using Creo CAD Tool Good in Creo CAD tools, Ability provides concepts and fixture detailed design as per the client expectation and timeline. Good understanding of various Manufacturing processes, 3-2-1 principle ( Resting, locating & Clamping) Good knowledge on Materials uses for Fixture design and various Heat treatment processes Good Knowledge on GD&T, Limit Fit & Tolerances Ability to read and interpret the 2D drawings, Welding/Machining symbols and 3D model of product. Knowledge on PDM and Windchill Good to have experience in managing large assembly Good English communication (oral and writing) and ability execute project independently as per client quality and delivery timeline
