Tool and Die Making operator
Ø Manufacturing and Maintenance of Progressive and Compound Dies, Plastic moulds, jigs and fixtures.
Ø Fit and assemble tool or tool parts, test-operate and modify them.
Ø Planning the machining schedule and proceeding accordingly.
Ø Manufacturing, try out timely completion of Moulds.
Ø Process planning, follow-up, personnel involvement in machining, inspection and assembly of Moulds.
Ø Coordinating with design and planning department for manufacturing and timely completion of new Moulds.
Ø Tools try outs, trouble shooting and servicing.
Ø Operation of all types of conventional tool room machines viz, lathes milling, surface & cylindrical grinding, shaping etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,900.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
