The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, fabricating, maintaining, and repairing tools, dies, molds, and fixtures used in rubber part production. Proficiency in operating manual and semi-automatic lathe machines is essential. Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications. Design and manufacture rubber molds, dies, and tooling components with high precision. Operate and maintain lathe machines to shape metal components used in tools and dies. Perform precision machining operations such as turning, facing, threading, and boring. Conduct tool and die assembly, fitting, and testing to ensure functionality and quality. Perform maintenance and repairs on dies and tools as needed. Work with various materials including steel, aluminum, and hardened alloys. Maintain proper documentation of tooling changes and improvements. Adhere to safety procedures and quality standards throughout all operations.
