TM1 (Planning Analytics) - Specialist

As a Financial Systems Developer at Omnicom Media Group, your role will involve maintaining and enhancing Planning Analytics (TM1) models. You will be responsible for testing, monitoring performance, addressing user support issues, and building financial and managerial reports using business intelligence reporting tools. Your knowledge of databases, ETL tools, and understanding of business and financial processes will be essential for this role. Experience in media and advertising would be an advantage. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and maintain TM1 Rules, Turbo Integrator processes, cubes, dimensions, and automation of data loads - Update and troubleshoot TM1 security models - Collaborate with the Planning Analytics Systems Manager to develop solutions that meet business and FP&A requirements - Work with business users and system administrators to refine solutions - Integrate Planning Analytics for business analytics reporting - Maintain data models following best practices - Test, validate results, and reconcile data with source systems - Provide first-line support for user issues - Monitor system performance - Train and support end users on basic functionality and processes **Qualifications:** - Experience in hands-on development of TM1 (Planning Analytics) in design, development, architecture, and system administration - Intermediate to Advanced Excel Knowledge - Knowledge/experience with Tableau/Power BI is a plus - Solid business judgement and understanding of finance and financial processes, preferably in the media and advertising industry - Experience with databases and ETL tools - Ability to compare and validate data sets - Quick absorption and presentation of complex ideas - Gathering and analyzing end user requirements - Adherence to tight deadlines This role offers you the opportunity to work with a global leader in marketing communications, contributing to the success of our group companies through innovative solutions and support.,
