TLM UAT Tester

As a TLM UAT Tester in the banking domain, you will be responsible for various key tasks including Data Upload & Validation, Auto Match Rule Testing, Account Onboarding, UAT Execution & Reporting, and Stakeholder Collaboration. Key Responsibilities: - Data Upload & Validation: - Prepare and execute test cases for data uploads into TLM. - Validate data integrity and completeness post-upload. - Coordinate with upstream systems and data providers for test data preparation. - Auto Match Rule Testing: - Configure and test auto-match rules within TLM. - Validate matching logic and ensure accurate reconciliation outcomes. - Document rule performance and suggest improvements. - Account Onboarding: - Ensure all relevant accounts are onboarded into TLM as per business requirements. - Perform completeness checks and reconciliation readiness assessments. - Track onboarding progress and escalate issues as needed. - UAT Execution & Reporting: - Execute end-to-end UAT scenarios and log defects. - Work closely with business users and IT teams to resolve issues. - Provide regular status updates and contribute to UAT sign-off documentation. - Stakeholder Collaboration: - Liaise with Operations, Technology, and Control teams to ensure alignment. - Participate in UAT planning, test case reviews, and post-UAT analysis. In order to excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - 8-10 years of experience in reconciliation systems, preferably TLM. - Strong understanding of reconciliation workflows and matching logic. - Experience in UAT execution, defect management, and test documentation. - Proficiency in Excel and SQL for data validation and analysis. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Attention to detail and a structured approach to testing. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with TLM Smart Stream or similar reconciliation platforms. - Exposure to financial operations, especially in Nostro & Sundry Reconciliation.
