Title : TLM UAT Tester

Location :India-Remote

Duration : 6 Months

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive TLM UAT Tester to support the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase of our TLM (Transaction Lifecycle Management) implementation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating data uploads, configuring and testing auto-match rules, and ensuring complete onboarding of accounts into the TLM system.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Upload & Validation:

Prepare and execute test cases for data uploads into TLM.

Validate data integrity and completeness post-upload.

oCoordinate with upstream systems and data providers for test data preparation.

Auto Match Rule Testing:

Required Skills & Experience:

8- 10 years of experience in reconciliation systems, preferably TLM.

Strong understanding of reconciliation workflows and matching logic.

Experience in UAT execution, defect management, and test documentation.

Proficiency in Excel and SQL for data validation and analysis.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Attention to detail and a structured approach to testing.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with TLM SmartStream or similar reconciliation platforms.

Exposure to financial operations, especially in Nostro & Sundry Reconciliation
