Job Profile: - Handling inbound calls related to printer, router, and antivirus issues from customers. - Diagnosing the problems efficiently and recommending the most suitable solution to the customer. - Selling technical support plans along with relevant software. Candidate Profile: - Required Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in Outbound Tech Support. - Ability to independently close calls. - Strong convincing and sales skills. - Salary Range: Rs. 15,000-22,000/month (fixed) + Lucrative Incentives. - Shift Timing: US Shift.
