Title Teacher Trainer

As a Trainer (State Trainer) at Sri Aurobindo Society-Rupantar based in Chandigarh, you will play a crucial role in developing, delivering, and evaluating professional development programs for teachers. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance the skills and competencies of teachers through well-designed training curriculum, workshops, and ongoing support to ensure the delivery of high-quality education. You will collaborate with the team to identify training needs and professional development goals while focusing on Capacity-based learning and Project-based learning for Kendriya Vidyalaya teachers. Your role will involve designing and developing comprehensive training programs and materials tailored to address the specific needs and contexts of different schools or educational systems. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting both in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars for teachers. You will utilize a variety of instructional techniques and formats, including interactive activities, group discussions, and multimedia presentations to ensure effective knowledge transfer. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Training, with flexibility for traveling. Additionally, you should possess a Graduation/Post Graduation degree along with B.Ed./D.EL.Ed. (Added Advantage). Extensive experience as a teacher with a strong understanding of pedagogy and instructional strategies is required. Excellent communication and presentation skills, knowledge of Bloom's Taxonomy, and familiarity with Nep 2020 are also essential for this role.
