Title Retail Store Manager

We are currently seeking a Store Manager to lead the team at our Luxury Designer Wear Outlet. As the Store Manager for OGAAN, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding customer service. Your role will involve driving sales, achieving store targets, and ensuring that the store reflects the brand's values and aesthetics. Building lasting relationships with clientele will be a key aspect of the role. The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail or similar roles. We are looking for a proven leader with a passion for luxury fashion, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to efficiently manage operations and handle challenges with grace.
