Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Title Processor to support our U.S.-based real estate transactions remotely from India. This role involves working closely with lenders, borrowers, and other title companies to balance Closing Disclosures, schedule closings, and interpret title commitments. The ideal candidate will have multi-state experience, proficiency with Qualia software, and excellent communication skills. Texas processing experience is a plus. This is a remote position requiring availability during U.S. Central Time Zone hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with lenders, borrowers, and partner title companies to prepare, review, and balance Closing Disclosures in compliance with U.S. real estate regulations.
  • Schedule and coordinate closings, managing timelines and communications to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Read and analyze title commitments, identifying issues and providing accurate information to funders and stakeholders.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate transaction records, including updates on title searches, liens, and related documentation.
  • Handle multi-state transactions, applying knowledge of state-specific title laws and procedures.
  • Resolve discrepancies or escalations during the closing process to ensure timely and accurate completions.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external parties via email, phone, and virtual platforms.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Title Processor or similar role in the U.S. real estate title industry.
  • Proven multi-state experience, with familiarity in title processes across multiple U.S. states (5-10 states preferred).
  • Must have hands-on experience with Qualia software

    for title processing and closing tasks.
  • Texas processing experience is a strong plus

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

    in English to interact with U.S.-based clients and teams.
  • Willingness to work during U.S. Central Time Zone hours

    (flexible shifts to accommodate time zone differences).
  • Strong understanding of Closing Disclosures, title commitments, and funding requirements.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Must be based in India.
