Title Placement Associate

The Placement team drives student placements through various initiatives such as organizing job fairs, establishing employer partnerships, and overseeing placement procedures. As a vital part of the organization, you will be responsible for developing strategies to enhance placement opportunities, coordinating job fairs, campus interviews, and alumni interactions, as well as cultivating strong relationships with industries and employers. Your role will also involve analyzing market trends to suggest curriculum enhancements, addressing queries from students and employers, and implementing efficient workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes. Additionally, you will be tasked with evaluating the effectiveness of placement activities, maintaining records of student placements and employer feedback, meeting placement targets, and reporting on key performance indicators. A crucial aspect of your job will be to provide leadership and guidance to the placement team to ensure their professional growth and development. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field and possess experience in career services, recruitment, or IT education. Strong networking, leadership, and communication skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of IT industry trends and recruitment processes.
