As a Systems Analyst, your role involves gathering system requirements, conducting analysis, coordinating the design of solutions, and establishing metrics for success. You will ensure that development projects meet business requirements and goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues. Your responsibility will include providing detailed design and documentation of each component of the solution, such as data migration, integration, and custom development. Additionally, you will coordinate the onshore and offshore teams in support of development activities and maintain high customer satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality, timely, and thorough solutions to customer problems. You will be tasked with determining the scope and corresponding effort estimates for all development projects, working closely with business partners to realize the full capabilities of Salesforce, and creating and maintaining development and integration plans.
