Your responsibilities will include liaising with the in-house digital and retail teams to develop marketing campaigns, assist with label timelines, and manage budgets for the Secretly Distribution roster. You will be tasked with crafting campaign budgets, advising on various spends across multiple platforms, and ensuring adherence to budgets by both Secretly Distribution and the labels. Building strong relationships with third-party publicists, radio pluggers, marketing companies, and other external promotional entities will be a key aspect of your role. You will also provide sales targets to internal teams, labels, and clients, as well as supply local teams with the necessary tools and assets to implement campaigns successfully. Furthermore, you will oversee cross-territory advertising expenditures, provide reports and updates to label clients and stakeholders, liaise with local DSP offices for roster promotion, and actively participate in meetings with colleagues, clients, retail accounts, and distribution partners. Your involvement in optimizing touring and festival appearances, collaborating with the physical distribution network for retail marketing campaigns, and serving as an on-the-ground contact for non-domestic touring artists will be vital to the success of the campaigns. The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 2 years of project management or relevant industry experience in the APAC region, along with campaign management expertise in the Asian market. Fluency in English, familiarity with the independent music community, strong organizational and communication skills, and a passion for delivering creative and budgeted marketing strategies are key qualifications for this role. An enthusiasm for the independent music sector, industry news, emerging technologies, and growth opportunities within the sector will also be highly beneficial. In return for your contributions, Secretly Distribution offers a range of benefits including paid holidays, Paid Time Off policy, and Volunteer Hours Matching Policy.
