Role Overview: You will be responsible for customer project 3D designing, preparation of 2D/detailed drawings, providing technical support to sales & service, and documentation tasks such as product manual and specifications. Your role will involve system layout preparation using AutoCAD, creating 3D modeling of equipment with parent-child relationships using Autodesk Inventor, detailed engineering for fabricated and machined components, applying GD&T and machining symbols in manufacturing drawings, ensuring design release as per project schedule, release of procurement BOM and technical documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare system layouts using AutoCAD. - Create 3D models of equipment with parent-child relationships using Autodesk Inventor. - Perform detailed engineering for fabricated and machined components, 2D drafting & 3D modeling using Autodesk Inventor. - Apply GD&T and machining symbols in manufacturing drawings. - Ensure design release as per project schedule and within estimated man-days. - Release procurement BOM, long lead items, manufacturing facilities/tooling. - Provide post-design release support to production/vendor/PPC and assembly for production problems & design changes if required. - Prepare specifications for bought-out components and equipment. - Prepare technical documentation such as service manuals, spare parts, and tender specifications.
