As a Xtrackers Sales Support Analyst at DWS, you play a crucial role in assisting the global Xtrackers sales team, particularly focusing on the EMEA North and EMEA South teams. Your responsibilities include managing client enquiries related to ETF holdings and index analysis, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of various reports, and acting as the primary contact for tech platforms like Aladdin, Bloomberg, and Salesforce. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining internal databases, monitoring net new assets and revenues, reviewing RFPs, handling client tax information requests, and updating market-specific PowerPoint presentations. The ideal candidate for this role possesses a university-level degree, with an MBA or CFA being highly regarded. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential. While product knowledge of exchange traded products is advantageous, it is not mandatory. A deep interest in financial markets, fluency in English (both written and spoken), and proficiency in other languages such as Italian, Spanish, French, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish are beneficial but not required. Personal characteristics that will contribute to your success in this role include being a self-starter, resourceful, proactive, and a team player with strong organizational and data analysis skills. Excellent communication abilities, high energy levels, flexibility in handling ad hoc tasks, and a strong work ethic characterized by ownership and accountability are also key traits for this position.
