Job Description

As a Customer Order Processing Associate at Yokogawa, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Record and process customer orders following predefined protocols based on the method of order placement (e.g., email, telephone, personal contact). - Develop relationships with potential customers through calls (by telephone or in person) to establish contact and build rapport. - Ensure accuracy of basic customer details in the CRM system and make notes of promised follow-up actions and sales call activities. - Provide basic product/service information and respond to customer inquiries. - Address basic customer issues such as returns and escalate unresolved issues. - Interview customers using a standard sales script to clarify their requirements. - Adhere to mandatory procedures to maintain work quality standards and comply with regulatory codes. - Participate in assessment and development activities to enhance procedural or technical skills. - Support customer service efforts to encourage continued product/service usage.
