Role Overview: As a member of the team, your primary responsibility will be to implement features, fix bugs, and deliver solutions while adhering to coding and quality guidelines. You will also be expected to identify and implement tests to ensure the solution meets customer requirements without impacting the installed base. Additionally, you will perform code reviews, provide documentation inputs, and ensure delivery conforms to organization and project quality processes. Coordinating with Product Owners for backlog management and ensuring continuous delivery of features will also be a key part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a technical driver for the team - Independently troubleshoot and solve complex problems - Learn and experiment with new technologies - Conduct quick Proof Of Concepts/Prototypes - Identify and drive technical debt topics Qualifications Required: - 8-12 years of development experience - BE / B.Tech / MCA / ME / M.Tech from a reputed university - Strong C# or any OOPS programming skills, design principles & patterns, and a good understanding of the overall architecture - Working experience with Proxmax, Hyper-V, and VMWare (added advantage) - Demonstrable experience with web-based debugging tools - Proficiency in analyzing logs and system performance data - Understanding of hardware specifications and system resource assessment - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of CI/CD best practices - Familiarity with inter-process communication, multi-threading, data-structures, unit-testing frameworks, Agile processes, WPF/WCF - Ability to learn new technologies and work in an agile environment - Experience with software development processes and exposure to working with multi-site global teams - Desirable: Exposure to performance analysis tools and strong communication and assertiveness skills (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.),
