Responsibilities Maintain and manage existing distributors, key distributor relationship building. Develop new / uncovered countries/regions within the territory. Organize distribution channel marketing campaigns to drive growth. Collect and analyze local market information. Responsible for achieving the regional sales target. Plan targeted campaigns to maximize brand awareness and market share. Visit end-user customers and sub-distributors within region to gain an understanding of the customers/markets. Implement end-user pull strategy into key market sectors Carry out product training and sales training. Carry out demo validation trials to distributors and end users. Report to senior management at regular intervals on all aspects of the assigned territory. Requirements Bachelor or above, major in automotive engineering, marketing, electronics, computer and other related fields. 3+ years’ experience in sales or marketing. Experience in automotive diagnostics and maintenance equipment products is preferred. Native Spanish speaker, English is preferred. Interpersonal and teamwork skills. Familiar with Excel/Word/PPT, and PS/AE/LR/Premiere is preferred. Highly motivated to succeed, grow and develop. Accept frequent business travel abroad.
