You are a seasoned and skilled Analytics Manager who will lead a team focused on enhancing IT support operations and user experience. You should be creative, self-motivated, and possess a strong background in Analytics. Your role will involve delivering reliable solutions that improve user experience through continuous enhancements. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies to improve IT support processes using data-driven insights. You will manage a team of data analysts to ensure high-quality work and alignment with business needs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be crucial to establish efficient data collection and analysis processes. You will oversee data collection, management, and interpretation, develop policies for data analysis, and explore new data procurement programs. In this position, you will conduct complex data analysis, identify trends, recurring issues, and areas for improvement. You will present findings using data visualization techniques and provide regular reports to stakeholders. Your role will promote data-driven decision-making, ensure data accuracy, and encourage consistent reporting. You will interact with cross-functional leadership, including Vice Presidents, to understand requirements and communicate plans effectively. The fast-paced environment will require quick and effective action, emphasizing the importance of planning and execution. The ideal candidate will have a track record of managing complex initiatives, be self-motivated, organized, and capable of fostering positive relationships. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work remotely and in the office as needed, with a general guideline of being in the office at least 50% of the time based on business needs. Basic qualifications for this role include 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of relevant work experience. Preferred qualifications consist of 6+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, 4+ years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree, or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD. You should have proven experience in IT or Data Management, strong knowledge of databases and data processing, proficiency in BI tools and SQL, and excellent problem-solving and leadership skills. You must demonstrate effective communication, project management, leadership, and conflict resolution skills. Establishing professional relationships at all levels and maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail are essential. Additionally, you should be proactive, deadline-oriented, and possess superior written and verbal communication skills with confident presentation abilities.
