Title High Tech Specialist

You will be serving as a Team Lead/Consultant in the High Tech Industry at our Gurugram location, DDC1A, NonSTPI. Your primary must-have skill will be Analytical Thinking, while knowledge of emerging technologies, cloud computing, and cybersecurity best practices will be considered good to have. As a Team Lead/Consultant, you will drive strategic initiatives, manage business transformations, and leverage your industry expertise to create value-driven solutions. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing technology transformation strategies, overseeing implementation projects, and optimizing digital capabilities for business efficiency. The High-tech Industry that you will be a part of focuses on meeting the global needs of clients from various sectors such as Communications Technology, Consumer Technology, Enterprise Technology, Medical Equipment, and Semiconductors. Your role will involve infusing fresh thinking into systems and turning new ideas into reality. As a part of the team, you will contribute to the following: - Being a part of the Intelligent Functions team to support Platforms-driven business design and assessment. - Providing solutions for complex client problems across the SAP S4 HANA ERP landscape. - Working as a lead SAP Functional Solution Architect and supporting with solutions for end-to-end request for proposal requests. - Engaging with clients to understand their requirements, define solutions, and develop roadmaps. - Creating innovative solution designs that utilize extensive service offerings. - Supporting business development activities and shaping solution plans for SAP transformations. - Integrating with different ERP Solutions including SAP and creating proof of concepts as required. To excel in this role, you are expected to bring forward your problem-solving, project management, presentation, and public speaking skills. You should also have the ability to work in a rapidly changing environment, collaborate effectively with global teams, possess strong analytical capabilities, and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Cross-cultural competence and the ability to manage key stakeholders onshore and onsite will also be crucial. Your professional and technical skills should include relevant experience in the required domain, strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
