As a Fresher attending the walk-in interview for Healthcare Voice process, you are required to have a graduation degree (excluding B.E/B.Tech/Engineering/Tech Graduates, MCA/MSc). The key skill highlight for this role is the possession of excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. The work location for this position is Sholinganallur ELCOT in Chennai, with US shifts and fixed weekends off on Saturdays and Sundays. The interview for this position will be conducted in a face-to-face mode at HCL TECH, Sholinganallur ELCOT campus, Tower 4, Chennai-119. As a part of your essential responsibilities, you will be required to investigate and resolve issues related to denied or underpaid claims. It is essential to maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions, conduct pre and post call analysis, and update customer interactions daily. Meeting critical performance targets, ensuring efficiency, and following process guidelines are key aspects of this role. Identifying problems, documenting business requirements, and following client workflows are also part of the responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, focus on providing a positive customer experience, demonstrate active listening skills, and have good data entry and typing skills.
